I had the privilege of working alongside Kerrie during several finance transformation projects at Lion. With Kerrie as the Change Lead, I was exposed to a poised and authentic change journey that was thorough and honest. Kerrie brought a wealth of experience to our variety of challenges and was always willing to question and extend the conversations to ensure the right outcome for our suite of stakeholders.
Kerrie did wonderful work for the IFC as our publicity director. She took a poorly defined role, expanded its scope to fill our needs, and completely made it her own. She initiated and brokered our first commercial ticket sales, bringing us to a new level in terms of not-for-profit financial management. She also completely renovated our marketing process, beginning with image design and messaging, all the way through to audience targetting and ad placement. And in a dark market like Shanghai, there are both known and unknown problems: she found ways past the various barriers to help us publicise our performances. Kerrie brought low-key determination and professionalism, along with not a few bits of creative genius. Plus the additional benefit of a balanced perspective, even temperment and willingness to work hard -- a welcome combination in the arts. I cannot recommend her strongly enough.
