Kerrie did wonderful work for the IFC as our publicity director. She took a poorly defined role, expanded its scope to fill our needs, and completely made it her own. She initiated and brokered our first commercial ticket sales, bringing us to a new level in terms of not-for-profit financial management. I recently completed the Accelerated Learning course with Kerrie Smit at Agencia Change, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. This course has been instrumental in boosting my confidence and affirming that I’m on the right track in my professional journey. Kerrie's expertise in simplifying change management methodologies and effectively utilising change artefacts was invaluable. We engaged in a partnership campaign with Agencia Change in 2024 for our Change Workspace software product. Overall, we were impressed with the results of the campaign, and very happy to have invested in it. Designed to create awareness of our product and expertise with a change management audience, we completed the full methodology including an objective review of our product which was published via Agencia Change channels and forwarded to our own channels. From the campaign, we had number of people sign up to trial the product, which was an unexpected bonus given the campaign is intended to be awareness and content based. An additional benefit of the campaign was the quality feedback provided by Kerrie’s product review. This was brilliant, the feedback was structured and detailed and has helped us enhance the user experience and interface prior to launch. As a direct result of the Agencia Change partnership campaign, we’re now seeing the benefits of the measures we put in place to rectify the priority areas brought to our attention - these have been very well received by our customers. In addition, the review has yielded great ongoing content and an additional platform for conversation that is value adding to our target audience.
