Agencia Change: Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Statement of Zero Tolerance

1. Purpose and Scope

Agencia Change has zero tolerance for domestic and family violence. We recognise that DFV is a workplace issue that can impact the safety, wellbeing, and performance of teams. This statement applies to all Associates (independent entities and contractors) working under the Agencia Change brand.

2. Guiding Principle: Recognise, Respond, Refer

As a boutique consultancy, our infrastructure is designed to provide a supportive pathway to professional help. We focus on:

  • Recognise: Encouraging our Associates to identify signs of DFV.

  • Respond: Providing a non-judgmental, confidential space for disclosure.

  • Refer: Connecting affected individuals with specialist 24/7 support services.

3. Discretion and Protection

As may be relevant, Agencia Change will ensure that documentation does not mention DFV to protect the safety of the individual.

4. Workplace Safety & Flexible Work

Where an Associate discloses they are experiencing DFV, Agencia Change will implement reasonable workplace adjustments within our capacity:

  • Flexible Hours: Adjusting start/finish times to allow for legal or medical appointments.

  • Digital Safety: Providing new email aliases or phone numbers if technology-facilitated abuse is identified.

  • Environment: Facilitating 100% remote work or changing office locations if the Associate’s physical safety at a specific site is compromised.
