Pricing per day, includes workshop preparation, facilitation and attendance. For longer engagements it may be possible to run two workshops per day. Purpose: Deep-dive into how change management can support the implementation of AI projects, focussing on adoption and integration with existing manual processes We will * Workshop the blockers to AI adoption with the team. * Discuss how to address concerns with AI adoption. * Identify the key stakeholders for AI adoption, and work through how to better engage them. * Identify the appropriate channels to reach impacted stakeholders, such as town halls, FAQs, targeted messaging, and other approaches. * Develop a communication plan emphasising the benefits of the specific AI tool, or adoption in general. * Workshop how to monitor the progress of AI adoption, discuss and propose available metrics. * Discuss the successes already achieved and how to celebrate and communicate them. * Provide a communication plan following the workshop. * Provide recommendations for how to manage change on your AI project following the workshop.
